Fees: Trusts are incorporated from $1955.00 (incl. GST)
A basic Will costs $460.00 (incl. GST). The more complex the charges will increase but these would be discussed with you at the outset after you had given your instructions.
Probate charge out at a base rate of $2124.00 (incl. GST)
Intestate Applications requiring Letters of Administration charge out at a base rate of $2,330.00 (incl/ GST)
